How much does a delivery cost?

We provide free & fast delivery on orders of $200 and above, on orders under $200 the delivery fees will be applied and calculated on the checkout page.  As a guide it’s usually $29-$39 for the metro areas.

How long does the delivery take?

When an order is placed, it is instantly sent to our distribution warehouse for processing and shipping preparation. Depending on your location metro areas usually take between 3-7 business days and rural areas could take longer.

How do I know the date & time of my delivery?

When we dispatch the order, a delivery tracking number is e-mailed to you. This will help you track down the progress of your rug delivery and see which day your order is going to arrive.

Can my rugs be left on my porch?

Yes it can but you will need to choose the "authority to leave" option on the shipment/checkout page. If you are not going to be in to receive a delivery, the courier would call on your number and ask your permission to do so. In that case you are required to confirm online that you have received your order, and the delivery team is no more responsible for the condition of the rug. Moreover, it should also be noted that courier won’t be responsible if the order is not present upon your arrival. We usually recommend self-checking and receiving, which ensures peace of mind to both company and the customer.

Can I exchange or return my rug if the rug size or colour is not right for my space? 

Yes, we offer exchange & returns for up to 21 days from the date of purchase. 

Shipping costs on exchange & return orders with free delivery will be payable by the customers. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, clean and unused with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@rugnet.com.au if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. Please visit our Return and Exchange policy page for further details.  

Can I cancel or amend my order?

When an order is placed, it is instantly sent to our distribution warehouse for processing and shipping preparation. Unfortunately once an order is placed, it is difficult for us to cancel or amend it.

What if I miss my delivery?

If you do miss the first delivery attempt our couriers will call you or leave you a missed delivery slip and arrange a delivery in coming days. They may charge some money for compensation.

Is there a location you cannot deliver to?

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to the following postcodes due to courier restrictions. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
